Ingredients for 4 persons: 4 eggs, 4 tbsp sugar, 400 g ricotta, a pinch of powdered cinnamon, a pinch of salt.

Work the ricotta with the sugar and cinnamon, add eggs and salt and mix well.

Bake in medium oven until brown.
